The end of December was a super busy time for babies being born apparently!! This little guy arrived just a few days before the New Year at 7 pounds 14 ounces and 21.75 inches long. Jaxon is the little brother to Miss Harper who is two years old and completely adorable. I’ve got patience for days…so eventually we succeeded in getting little man to rest peacefully. Here are a few of my favorites from his newborn session. Including a few of his big sister and his proud Mommy and Daddy. Enjoy.
I’m so excited to share these images from Lindsey and Dan’s outdoor, winter, and not to mention windy maternity session. They are expecting their first little one in early February. And they are waiting to find out the gender! I love when couples do this…I personally am WAY too type A to do it, but I get all giddy and excited for others. Looking forward to photographing their sweet baby next month!
Perhaps it’s that I have little girls myself, but I adore photographing newborn baby girls. And Miss Riley was no exception. Here are a few from her newborn session at just 10 days new. Babies just continue to amaze me. I can’t believe that we are able to bring these precious little beings into the world…and that they are perfect in every way. Their fingers. Their toes. And their wrinkles.
Here are some of my favorites from a newborn session with Baby Jackson at 5 days new. He was born in at 7 pounds 7 ounces and 19.25 inches long. And if I’m being honest, he was not terribly (read: not at all) happy about being naked or being put down. So, what do we do? We wrap him up! Enjoy!
I have known Vanessa since 7th grade. I photographed her engagement and her wedding and now I got the opportunity to photograph her sweet family. She gave her family photos for Christmas…how fun!! We had quite the group to photograph on a chilly fall day, but we love how they turned out….even if Miss Livi gave us a hard time. Oh two-year olds. Here are a few images from their session. Ok, maybe more than a few.
