I called Shanna early the morning of her scheduled family session…I knew the weather wasn’t going to hold up until 4:00 like we had planned. So we rescheduled for 10:30am. I send her a quick message at around 10 because it was starting to rain where I was…about 10 minutes from the park. It hadn’t started raining near her, so I packed up and left. About five minutes after she got herself and both boys ready, it started to rain. Too. Bad. Any mama knows how difficult it can be to get everyone out the door without a snotty nose or food all over their face and/or clothes….so off to the park we went! It might have been cold and icky out, but I just love what we were able to capture. Oh the contrast between the bleak backdrop of the park and the beautiful colors they were wearing…Love. Such a “Sweet” family.
